Sunny Pines provides comfortable sleeping for up to 4 couples. All rooms have heating and AC. All the bedrooms have queen beds, each with sumptuous bedding and each with their own dedicated bathrooms. In addition the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a sunny southern exposure. The hallway bathroom contains a bath/shower combination.

The apartment (Bedroom#3) features a queen bed, separate private seating area, and a ensuite bathroom with shower.
